I'm excited to try swimming in a longer length pool come fall and winter. For now, I'll just keep taking advantage of the free pool in my complex. If I go early in the morning I get it all to myself!! And today I have a good amount of soreness in my triceps and core area!! It feels good to make something other than my calves sore from a workout!!

Sunday Swim
While the boys slept in yesterday morning, I headed off to the pool to try my hand at swimming again! I spent about 40 minutes swimming back and forth, back and forth. I worked on keeping my head down and rotating by body to breathe. I can easily breathe from right to left every 3 strokes! I could probably extend that some if I could slow my breathing out underwater.
