I got a fun package in the mail today! You remember that time I signed up for a half marathon on then decided to go on vacation instead?? And then I was bummed I couldn't get a refund and asked if I could at least get my shirt?? It finally arrived!! And I'm pumped that it's a Brooks technical shirt. The running geek in me is over the moon! I may even break it in tomorrow morning!
I was planning on going for a run this morning. But it didn't happen. I chose sleep over everything else. That's been happening a lot lately. I think it's a good way to avoid reality...especially given the incredibly odd dreams that I have.
I'm off to start my nightly routine and head to bed. The earlier I can get up the cooler my run will be!
