Poppy Love

While Brinkley and I were out walking this morning we passed a few huge poppy plants.  I stopped to take pictures and Brinkley stuck his head in each one to sniff and investigate.

When we got home Milo started loving up all over Brinkley.  Milo - the grumpy, anti-social cat - would not leave Brinkley's side.  The only thing I can figure is that Milo loved the smell of poppies.  I never would have guessed that!?

Clearly, life is rather boring for me if I'm posting about my cat and his love of poppies.  I'll do anything to avoid doing laundry! ;-)
