Weekend. What weekend??

My weekend zoomed right by in a blur of overtime work shenanigans, making food, eating food, and errands.  I pretty much finished one of my work projects so I can come out from under the rock I've been living for a few days and get back to organizing and unpacking.


One of the highlights of my weekend was successfully making enchiladas.  I've never made them.  And they turned out great!  GREAT, I tell you!  And I had leftovers for lunch today and they were just as delicious the second day too!


One of the many errands was a trip to Sam's Club.  My mom will tell you the last thing we needed to purchase was food.  But we did purchase a tub of cookie dough, from which I made cookies last night after dinner.  Maybe someday I'll make my own stock of refrigerator/freezer cookie dough.

I've come to the realization I need more shelves for my office.  I've filled my two bookshelves and still have scrapbooks on the floor and snow globes in the spare bathroom linen closet.  I need a good filing cabinet too.  But I'm going to hold off until I do a full room makeover with matching shelves, desk, work table, etc.  I'll make do with what I have for now.

Off to toil in my piles!!
