Monday Run

Roughly 3 miles. My Garmin wasn't charged so Ill have to find out another time.










The hill is a butt kicker but I ran the ran the whole thing. This will be one of the hills I will use for repeats. I think there another one I could use along the trail.

I'm hoping all the stairs and rolling hills on my routes make me stronger and faster. My legs sure have felt whooped lately!!
