Monday Miles

Brinkley and I ran six miles today!



This is his not so patient stare down while I'm getting ready.




The bike path.  Around mile 2.

Water break at the golf course!!  Around mile 4.75.  We love golf season!!


6 miles!!  69 minutes!  And 831 calories burned!! Hot damn!!  It was an awesome run.  It went by really fast mentally, which I've struggled with on longer runs lately.  I needed this run!!

Victory deserves a thumbs up!  Always.



Dinner is served.  Two cups of veggies (brussels sprouts, asparagus, peppers, and broccoli) and some chicken.  The veggie mix needed to be roasted longer.  And I missed the potatoes.  Lesson learned.  Brinkley also go to enjoy some chicken for his hard work today!!
