I slept until 11. And then talked to Brent for an hour. He has his first weather day because of the wind. It's showing 2 degrees in Deadhorse with winds at 37mph. It feels like -25. Brrrr. And here I'm complaining 23 degrees. Which is cold. It may as well be -23.
I'm playing on the computer while my breakfast of champs (oatmeal) settles. Oatmeal?! I'm quite fond of the fibrous food lately. It keeps me full longer and the texture has grown on me. I'll be in search of homemade oatmeal recipes once my Quaker instant packets have been used up.
Anywho, I'm putting all my fall decor away and cleaning so I can bring in my Christmas decorations sometime this weekend. I'll be heading off to the gym for a break. My training schedule has me running 4 miles today. I haven't ran 4 miles since that one awesome run this summer. I'm crossing my fingers it goes well!
For now, I'm off to dance around to Christmas music while cleaning up this mess. And by mess, I mean it. I really need to learn to put things away after I use them.
