Santa's North Pole

We braved the hills of Manitou Springs and the possibility of mud slides to make it to Santa's North Pole on the first day of Moxon's weekend of surprises.  The clouds sure were gloomy while we were on our way but it turned out to be a nice and cool day with no major storm to disrupt our fun.  We did get sprinkled on a little but were prepared with raincoats.

I think it was over 20 years ago when I went to Santa's North Pole for the first time so it kind of was like seeing it for the first time.  The three of us had fun on all the rides with little to no wait.  It was fun to visit some Christmas shops and look at Christmas decor in July!

If you ever get the chance to go to Santa's North Pole - do it! It was fun.  And quaint.  And on a somewhat cloudy and rainy Sunday in July, it wasn't terribly busy.  It may not be a place to visit yearly but hopefully Moxon will remember all of the fun we had!
